Role Overview
This role combines meticulous back-office document management with high-impact academic advising. You will bridge the gap between client ambitions and reality by managing critical Canadian immigration documentation and guiding students to secure their Letters of Acceptance (LOA).
Key Responsibilities
1. Back Office & Compliance Support
- Document Management: Collect, review, and prepare sensitive client documentation for visa applications in support of the RCIC office.
- Deadline & Quality Control: Ensure all applications are flawless, 100% complete, and submitted within strict timelines.
- Administration: Maintain absolute confidentiality, update CRM systems in real time, follow up with clients for outstanding documents, and provide research support.
2. High-Impact Academic Advising
- Student Guidance: Advise students on Canadian educational programs that align with their long-term immigration goals.
- LOA Acquisition: Assist students in building standout academic portfolios and monitor applications until the LOA is secured.
- Target Driven: Meet performance metrics, including a strict minimum target of four LOAs per month.
What You Bring to the Table
- Mindset: Mature, highly organized, and confident; thrives under deadline pressure.
- Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
- Tech Skills: Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems).
- Advantages: Experience in immigration, legal, regulatory, or educational environments.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
