Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Randburg. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial needs, explain available products and services, and develop personalized financial plans covering funeral cover, life insurance, short-term products and investments. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, recommending appropriate solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves regular follow-ups to review client circumstances, adjust plans as needed, and ensure long-term relationship management and client satisfaction. The Financial Advisor will also stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements to provide up-to-date, compliant advice.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to develop comprehensive, client-focused financial solutions.

Candidates must have passed matric or NQF level 4

RE 5 will be an advantage

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze options and guide clients toward suitable long-term strategies.

Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning to help clients prepare for sustainable income and financial security in later life.

Relevant financial services certifications or qualifications (e.g., diploma/degree in finance, economics, or related field) and regulatory compliance where required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.

Demonstrated ability to work with sensitivity around emotionally challenging topics and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Proficiency in basic office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
