Job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to all call centre staff.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Set up new user accounts, email profiles, and workstations.
Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Liaise with external IT vendors when necessary.
Ensure minimal downtime by responding promptly to technical issues.

Minimum Requirements

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of IT support experience (call centre experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
