In-house Sales Representative - Tile Retail

We are a well-established and respected tile retailer seeking a confident, customer-focused In-House Sales Representative to join our team. While experience in the tile, flooring, building materials, or home improvement industry would be an advantage, we are ultimately looking for an exceptional salesperson with the ambition to succeed.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers in selecting tiles and complementary products to suit their needs.
• Prepare quotations and process customer sales accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep up to date with our product range and maintain an attractive showroom presentation.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to read a customer and adapt.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• A positive, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
• Good computer literacy
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work retail trading hours.
• Experience in tile, flooring, building materials, or home improvement retail is an advantage — but exceptional salespeople from any industry are strongly encouraged to apply
