Job description

We have a new starting basic of R7000 , you can increase this basic by 4000 per month by achieving 45 sales , which takes you to 11 000 excluding comm

You can grade onto a 10k basic as wellwithing two months and still increases it by R4000 , meaning your basic can be R14 000 rand excluding comm

Blue Mercury is looking for individuals to close hot leads , you will have a team of agents creating quotes for you and live transferring the client over to you , for you to close .

All experience in sales are welcome , but you must have at least 5 years sales , or you can apply as TL into this position and move up into a senior role based on performance

We offer a basic salary and uncapped commission, with no retainers or claw-backs. Commission and basic is payable within the same month and is uncapped , where you can earn 30% pf the premium paid on the policy value
