So, what will you do?

• As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for iKhokha and, contributing to the expansion of our customer base. Yip, that means selling our super slick card machines!

In addition to the above, you will:

• You will need to ensure your individual target is met.
• Ensuring your daily KPI’s are met.
• Talktime And Dials are met daily.
• SLA’s are met for every client.
• Ensuring all applications are completed and submitted timeously.
• Ensuring clients have great customer experience.
• Liaising with clients and other departments within the business to ensure the clients is serviced timeously.
• Ensuring all correct and relevant information is timeously relayed to client.
• Communication with all clients on all platforms are done timeously.

Qualifications

• Matric.

Deal Breakers:

2 - 3 years minimum experience with the following:

• Knowledge of Sales techniques, Communication skills and Microsoft Applications.
• Business to Business sales.
