Job description

We are looking for a driven Inbound Sales Consultant to handle incoming enquiries, advise customers on our premium cookware, appliances and homeware, and convert leads into sales.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ inbound/direct sales experience
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong product presentation, persuasion and objection-handling skills
Confident in converting enquiries into sales
Computer literate with accurate data capturing
CRM experience advantageous
Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
Must be available to work weekends
