We are looking for ambitious, self-driven Independent Digital Sales Partners who want to build their own client portfolio and earn uncapped commission by helping businesses improve their digital presence.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who want to operate independently, manage their own client relationships and build a recurring income stream through business development.

As an Independent Digital Sales Partner, you will take ownership of the complete client journey — from identifying potential clients and initiating contact, through understanding their needs, managing communication, coordinating onboarding and maintaining the relationship.

You will operate as the primary point of contact between the client and SmallSite, while our team focuses on designing and delivering the digital solutions required by the client.

What This Role Entails

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing your own portfolio of prospective clients.
• Identifying businesses that can benefit from SmallSite's digital solutions.
• Conducting outreach through calls, emails, social media and other channels.
• Understanding client goals, challenges and requirements.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to agreement.
• Gathering the information required for SmallSite to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Coordinating the client onboarding process.
• Maintaining ongoing communication and building long-term client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services, upgrades and recurring revenue.

SmallSite will be responsible for developing and delivering the websites, digital services and solutions agreed upon with each client.

Commission Structure

This is a purely commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Independent Digital Sales Partners earn 40% commission on all revenue generated from clients they bring to SmallSite.

Commission applies to:

• New website projects.
• Digital services.
• Monthly subscriptions.
• Hosting and maintenance packages.
• Client amendments and additional work.
• Renewals.
• Any future transactions or services purchased by your clients.

Your success is directly linked to the value you create and the relationships you build.

OTE = R12,640.00+ (for the sign up of only 2 clients a week on base packages)

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a positive, proactive attitude and see opportunities where others see challenges.
• Are confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Are comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule.
• Are self-motivated, disciplined and results-driven.
• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Are comfortable using technology and learning digital concepts.
• Have their own laptop, cellphone and reliable internet access.

A background in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, digital services or customer relationship management would be advantageous, but attitude and drive are equally important.
