About the Opportunity

This is an Independent Contractor opportunity designed for ambitious sales professionals who want the freedom to manage their own schedules while representing an established premium brand.

Your role is to generate new business, build relationships, conduct client consultations and secure projects. Our experienced team handles the detailed design, quotations, manufacturing and installation—allowing you to focus on what you do best: growing your business and closing sales.

There is no basic salary. Instead, you benefit from an uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential based entirely on your performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals and prospecting
• Meet clients in their homes or businesses to discuss their projects
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners, developers, architects, interior designers and estate agents
• Qualify opportunities and gather project requirements
• Present Viable Kitchens’ products and services professionally
• Coordinate showroom appointments where required
• Work closely with our design team throughout the sales process
• Present quotations and negotiate professionally
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders
• Maintain regular communication with clients from enquiry through installation
• Represent the Viable Kitchens brand with professionalism and integrity

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Valid South African driver’s licence
• Reliable own vehicle
• Smartphone and laptop
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous sales experience is advantageous
• Willingness to travel to client appointments

Experience in kitchens, furniture, interior design, construction, property or luxury retail will be an added advantage but is not essential.

Earnings

Commission Only (Independent Contractor)

• High-performing consultants have the potential to earn R15,000 to R80,000+ per month, depending on sales performance.
