Adhesive Media is one of the fastest-growing YouTube sponsorship agencies in the world. We connect YouTubers with brands, and we're scaling fast. We work with 100+ Brands, 250+ YouTube Creators, and have booked $30M+ in YouTube partnerships for them.
We're hiring a Sponsorships Coordinator to work with our YouTube creators and brands every day to ensure their sponsorships go live correctly & well!

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves taking care of people, creators and brands alike, and wants to build a career around doing that exceptionally well. Ad Coordination is the function that makes sure every one of our 60+ monthly ad integrations runs smoothly, on brand, and on time, and that every creator and sponsor we work with feels taken care of. If you're someone who takes real pride in getting the details right and making people feel looked after, this is the job.
What you'll do
You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day work of running our ad integrations: sending talking points to creators, reviewing ad reads against brand guidelines, coordinating revisions, and making sure everything discussed with a creator or sponsor makes it accurately into Airtable. You'll be the point of contact for creators and sponsors on your campaigns, communicating with warmth, speed, and honesty, even when a situation is tricky. You'll also help us get better as we go, flagging where a process is clunky and suggesting how to fix it.
Strong performers here have real room to grow. This role is a genuine on-ramp to more ownership and, eventually, leadership within the department for the right person.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in project management, operations, or customer success (a mix of these is ideal)
- You genuinely enjoy being of service, and it shows up in how you communicate, not just what you say
- Highly detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data and operational accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English
- A critical thinker who's comfortable making judgment calls without a clear-cut answer
- Reliable, with the flexibility to work beyond standard hours when a deadline calls for it

- Full-time, 9am to 5:30pm EST
- Reports to: Head of Ad Coordination
Compensation Range: $18K - $30K
