Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Lexdan Select is assisting a Tech business based in Centurion with their search for an Infrastructure & Security Manager.

The salary range on offer is between R800k - R1 000 000 p/a.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the company's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection of systems, data, and infrastructure across multiple African operations.
• Manage and optimise cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including AWS, networks, servers, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee cyber risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness initiatives to minimise business disruption.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements while managing governance frameworks, audits, and third-party technology vendors.
• Drive infrastructure and security improvements through automation, standardisation, system optimisation, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams.

Requirements:

• Completed Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, GIAC, or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and systems administration.
• Must be willing and able to travel to various regions across Africa on a quarterly basis.
• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud environments (preferably AWS), and security operations.
• Strong experience implementing cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
