Job description

We are seeking an Information Technology Support professional to join the IT Support Team at a Feltex Manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and timely IT support to users, ensuring that computer systems, software, networks, and IT equipment operate efficiently to support business operations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, assisting with system installations and upgrades, and delivering excellent customer service to end users.
