Information Technology System Manager

Lexdan Select is assisting a property investment and development company with their search for a Information Technology System Manager. Based in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes across property management, finance, billing, and leasing functions, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of property management, financial, and reporting systems.
• Maintain data integrity and develop management reports and dashboards to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Act as the liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders, providing system support, training, and guidance.
• Ensure system governance, compliance, audit readiness, and accurate documentation of processes and controls.
• Manage system-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably within property, real estate, or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including billing, debtors, creditors, leasing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, user support, and system administration principles.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with system integrations; property management system experience is highly advantageous.

Full Time in Office.

Salary : R500-750k Per Annum
