Job description
Main Purpose: To independently, conduct inspection and certification of products according to standard protocols and procedures as prescribed through PPECB's legislative mandate.
High Level Objectives:
To ensure service delivery to internal and external clients in line with PPECB's legislative
mandate, SLA's, MOU's and MOA's.
To ensure PPECB's values are portrayed to enhance a culture of accountability. To ensure compliance to internal and external business management processes.
To ensure compliance to Human Resources policies and procedures.
To ensure compliance to financial policies and procedures.
Experience: Practical and Theoretical experience of perishable products
Completed (AETP) Agricultural Export Technologist Programme
Main Products:
Mini vegies, pineapple, berries and flowers
Knowledge: Practical and theoretical knowledge of
Perishable Products
Completion of Portfolio of Evidence of at least
one product
Knowledge of the PPECB and the Perishable
Export Industry
Knowledge of export legislation
Must be able to travel locally and nationally as and when the job requires him/her to do so
Must have a valid driver's licence.
Must be in good health
