Job description
INSTALLATION ELECTRICIAN / MV CABLE JOINTER REQUIRED – GQEBERHA
CMB Contractors and Services is looking for an experienced Installation Electrician / MV Cable Jointer for a municipal electrical infrastructure tender.
We are specifically looking for experience in:
- 6.6 kV / 22 kV / MV cable jointing and termination
- Single-core XLPE cable jointing and termination
- 3-core XLPE cable jointing and termination
- LV PILC cable jointing and termination, or
- LV SWA cable jointing and termination
- RMU and switchgear termination
- MV/LV electrical infrastructure work
IMPORTANT: We are mainly looking for candidates who can provide documentary evidence of the above experience, such as employer letters, project references, completion certificates or other verifiable project records.
Please also indicate whether you are:
- Registered Installation Electrician (IE)
- Registered Master Installation Electrician (MIE)
- Currently applying for IE/MIE registration
- Not yet registered
Relevant cable-jointing, termination and MV experience is essential.
