About the Role
Majestic Financial Planning is expanding its Mass Market Division and is looking for ambitious, energetic and self-motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are passionate about sales, and want to build a rewarding career in the financial services industry.
You will be responsible for introducing clients to a range of insurance solutions while receiving ongoing training, mentorship and support from an independent Financial Services Provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Promote insurance and financial protection solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet agreed sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Represent Majestic Financial Planning professionally and ethically.
- Comply with all regulatory and company requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- South African ID.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Smartphone with internet access.
