Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Sales Agent at Panthera Funerals. The Insurance Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present suitable insurance products, and guide them through the application and enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound and inbound calls, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves explaining policy terms in clear language, addressing client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Insurance Sales Agent is expected to meet sales targets, adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, and provide empathetic, professional support that aligns with the sensitive nature of funeral and end-of-life planning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to explain policy features and coverage options clearly.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and timely follow-up.
Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, suitable for remote client interactions.
Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or equivalent are required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience in life insurance, pre-need insurance, or funeral-related services, as well as familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards, is advantageous.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and use CRM and digital communication tools confidently.
Applicable insurance licensing as required by local regulations, or the willingness and eligibility to obtain such licenses within specified timelines
