ABOUT THE JOB
FWH is looking for a Customer Retentions and Insurance Sales consultant to join our call centre team. You will retain existing clients on their insurance cover, and sell funeral cover to new clients. The role includes a basic salary and uncapped commision.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sell funeral cover to new and existing clients.
- Retain existing clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Meet your monthly sales and retention targets.
- Capture client and policy details accurately on the system.
- Follow all FAIS, POPIA and Treating Customers Fairly rules.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 2 years' experience in selling funeral cover and retaining clients.
- Expereince with working on CRM and dialler/telephony system
- Clear criminal and credit record (required by FAIS).
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in Verbal and written English.
NICE TO HAVE
- A second South African language.
- RE5 and/or an NQF Level 4 insurance qualification
- Experience with debit orders, debicheck and payment queries.
