Job description
Outworx is seeking experienced, customer-focused, and reliable Customer Service Advisors to join our UK Insurance campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling policy-related queries, processing policy amendments, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Take initiative to resolve customer issues while adhering to company processes and legislative requirements.
- Assist customers with policy amendments and updates.
- Process policy changes, including Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs).
- Manage policy cancellations and related customer requests.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers within required timeframes.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and company requirements.
- Achieve and maintain individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in their best interests.
- Consistently apply and promote industry and company best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Valid South African ID.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' call centre experience within the UK Insurance industry
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and performance outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Clear criminal record.
- Strong commitment to delivering quality service and achieving performance targets.
