2-3 Years Experience in similar role

MUST HAVE COLD STORE EXPERIENCE

Staff Management

• Ensure that staff attendance registers are completed daily.
• Ensure that timesheets are submitted as per the company’s requirements

Empty Bin Report

• Ensure that the warehouse empty bin report is checked daily
• Investigate variances on the empty bin report to ensure stock integrity is maintained daily
• Report outages that can't be resolved to the Logistics Manager as soon as it arise

.

Multi SKU Bins

• Ensure that all multi SKU or multi pallet bins are checked, verified and corrected daily

Stock Control

• Ensure that the planned daily cycle counting is conducted daily which includes expiry date check
• Investigate any variances picked up by daily stock checks
• Investigate any short picking daily to ensure integrity issues are resolved daily

Stock Maintenance

• Ensure that all new products are correctly opened in Accellos
• Ensure that pack configuration differences, that arise, are corrected timeously

.

Monthly Stock Counts

• Ensure that stock take preparation is done by ensuring that the correct cut offs have been

achieved by all departments.

• Co-ordinate the monthly stock count and report the results to the Logistics Manager
• Assist with physical stock counts where required.
• Assist with principal Audited stock counts

Stock Age Analysis

• Ensure that age analysis requirements for the respective principals are actioned as per

agreements with the respective principals.

• Ensure that the 30, 60 and 90-day expiry report is checked and verified daily
• Ensure that all stock is locked as per the principal’s requirements and written communication

sent to the principals

Stock Adjustments

• Ensure that all stock adjustments are checked, verified and authorised before posting
• Ensure that the ADJ location in Accellos is checked and reconciled on daily basis

Budgets and Cost Control

• Assist with the preparation of the annual warehouse Budget.
• Ensure that the expenses for your department are authorized monthly.
• Ensure that costs are controlled in line with prepared budgets

Recons

• Ensure principal stock levels are compared to Accellos monthly and variances investigated.
• Ensure batch tracking is monitored and Recall exercises actioned within agreed time frames

per customer.

High Risk product daily checks/count

• Ensure that the full count for high risk products is done and discrepancies are reported to the

Logistics Manager daily.

Consolidations

• Ensure that the daily consolidation tasks are printed, and the list issued to the drivers to

consolidate the stock where part pallets with the same batch numbers are present

Space Update

• Ensure that the space update is done and send to the Logistics Manager every morning

Regulatory Requirements

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements applicable
• Identify risks posed to the business and highlight to LM/HACCP team fore investigation .

Standard Operating Procedures

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures
• Adhere to Health & Safety Rules
• Immediately report health and safety offences and shortcomings to the supervisor and health

and safety representative

Risk Management /Health and Safety

• Maintain Food safety standards as stipulated in the R 638 and as specified by customers
• Carry out Food safety duties as stipulated in the Food safety appointment letters

Pay: R12 000,00 - R27 930,25 per month
