Job Purpose
The Intermediate Full stack Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions within Amrod's Business Systems landscape. The role contributes to the successful delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software by translating business and technical requirements into effective technical solutions while adhering to established development standards and best practices. Working as part of a collaborative development team, the incumbent is expected to independently deliver assigned work, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle. The role works closely with QA, Product, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery while continually expanding technical knowledge and expertise. Operating in a fast-paced and delivery-focused environment, this position requires strong ownership of assigned work, analytical thinking, and adaptability within an agile development framework. This is a deadline-driven role that may occasionally require overtime or weekend work, particularly during deployment cycles. Development is structured around 2-week sprints, planned by the Scrum Master and coordinated by the Development Manager, spanning support, enhancement, and strategic project initiatives.

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent; relevant work experience will also be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Microsoft / Azure certifications advantageous.
- Certifications in modern web frameworks beneficial.
- 3+ years of experience in software development in a full stack, back end, or front-end capacity.
- Proficient in ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework (code-first approach), and SQL Server.
- Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API integration principles.
- Working knowledge of Git, automated testing (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Playwright), and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Exposure to Postman, Microsoft Entra, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ or Kafka), and modern DevOps tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of software design principles, application performance, and code quality best practices.
