Job description
Applicants should
- Show an understanding of Crude oil refining
- Process Engineering skills – mass & energy balances, adherence process operating guidelines, reading of P&ID’s, process improvement strategies, fault finding exercises, monitoring of process conditions, technical communication skills
- Monitoring and troubleshooting chemical dosing systems, maintaining stock levels of chemicals for units responsible
- Ensuring good customer relationships are maintained.
- Drawing up of technical reports
- Able to handle a demanding environment
- Compliance with Safety, Health and Environment standards
- Drawing of samples, facilitating in chemical deliveries
- Process monitoring for units responsible
- Person must have a drivers licence and be willing to relocate to Sasolburg
