Hillebrand Gori is looking for an Intern.
Job Purpose:
Administer import/ export plans and processes to provide preparation and clearance of documentation through the relevant authorities and guide and advise customers on import/ export operations and regulations in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.
Key Tasks:
- Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day administrative support for activities such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, etc. for board department and/ or cross divisional projects
- Perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature to support other team members
- Undertake tasks such as data gathering, entering and validation
- Gather standard and readily available data for formulations of recommendations, decision papers and presentations
- Undertake preparation of routine reports and updates for decision papers and recommendations
- Enter and share routine information regarding results, analysis, etc. to keep teams updated
- Maintain and update files according to standard procedures
- Follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies
- Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance
