Intern: Learning Services Operations

Job Description Looking for an internship that will provide you with an experience like no other?

This internship will give the successful candidate with practical experience in learning administration, training operations, customer service, invoicing processes, and business operations within a professional learning environment

What will the programme look like?

The Learning Services Operations Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Learning Services team, ensuring the efficient delivery of training services and an excellent customer experience. The role offers valuable workplace experience while assisting with day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities Summary of the Role

Assist with training administration and course bookings.

Support the coordination of virtual and classroom training events.

Process and maintain training-related documentation.

Assist with invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and credit note administration.

Capture and maintain customer, training, and sales data accurately.

Prepare reports and update tracking spreadsheets.

Respond to customer and Business Partner queries and escalate where required.

Assist with training feedback surveys and reporting.

Support the Learning Services team with general administrative duties.

Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.

Assist with special projects and ad hoc operational tasks as required.

What will make me successful?

Matric (Grade 12).

Relevant qualification or currently studying towards a qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Customer Service, or a related field.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
