Key Responsibilities What will you be involved in?
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Intern to join our Partners & Alliances Team at the Midrand Offices.
What will the programme look like?
In this role you will support Business Partners and Tech Partners through a central contact center. You will support the Business and Tech Partners strategy for growth as aligned to Sage AME's growth strategies.
During your time on the programme, you could be involved in:

Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics in all dealings/relationships. This ensures that you protect both your personal and the Sage brand.

Establish solid working relationships across organizational stakeholders and be an effective advocate for the team.

Drive a high level of satisfaction of all partners.
-
On-going communication with partners ensuring their enablement requirements are adhered to and being met.
-
Address Partner Concerns and support partners in getting action/resolution to queries.

Your activities should increase Channel Presence as well as Sage engagement and Channel activity.

Drive best practices and key metrics across products as well as operational efficiency by assisting with recruitment and onboarding for the AME region
This programme is designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience from day one, with the support and space to learn, ask questions and grow, helping you build the skills, confidence and experience needed for a long-term career.
What we’re looking for
To be eligible for this role, you’ll need a Business Admin, Business Management or Marketing degree or diploma

Must have completed grade 12 / Matric
-
Microsoft Office functionality (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)

Strong customer focus and high-level customer service ethics

Be bold and have a positive approach

Be able to simplify process and communicate it effectively

Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail

The ability to work within a team as a team player

Cooperation and willingness

Deadline driven and Ability to work under lot of pressure

Conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision
