Residential Property /Estate Agents/Interns - Gauteng
Are you a self-starter, entrepreneur and looking to run own residential property practice within a reputable property company? Recoin Properties is a fast growing Residential property brokerage with main focus in Gauteng province. Recoin properties is currently looking to recruit Residential Agents in various areas:
· Ekurhuleni: Kempton Park, Springs, Brakpan, Benoni, Germiston and Boksburg
· At least 1 year experience necessary in real estate (residential and commercial sales/leasing), subject to these minimum requirements or commercial/business qualifications · Matric · Driver's licence and own presentable reliable car non-negotiable · Smart phone. Experience in sales/rentals/marketing/ public relations or similar · Excellent English ability, especially within a business environment · Must reside in the area and/or surrounding areas. The following will be advantageous: · Experience in Real Estate (Residential or commercial) · Relevant NQF4 Qualification · Any business related tertiary qualification · Sales experience in general Remuneration: · Commission only - 50/50 split for agents/interns · Qualified and experienced agents will negotiate a sliding scale from a certain threshold, commensurate with experience and performance.
