Key Result Areas

Learner Support and Welfare
Case Administration and Record Keeping
Wellness and Support Programmes
Referral and Stakeholder Support
Learner Monitoring and Retention Support
Professional Development and Compliance
General Administrative Support

Core activities

Assist with learner support and wellbeing initiatives.
Provide basic counselling support within the scope of a Social Auxiliary Worker.
Conduct learner follow-ups and welfare checks.
Assist with student retention and support programmes.
Maintain accurate case notes and administrative records.
Support referrals to external service providers where required.
Monitor learner attendance and identify students requiring support.
Participate in case discussions and supervision sessions.
Ensure confidentiality and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Education Requirements

Qualified Social Auxiliary Worker.
Registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)

Experience Requirements

No previous work experience required but would be an advantage

General information

Licence: Current valid, Code B / EB (Required)
Travelling may be required

Pay: R13 530,00 per month

Work Location: In person
