Ideal Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- National Diploma in Business Management, Marketing Management, Communications or Equivalent
- BCOM in Business Mnagement, Marketing Management, Communications or Equivalent

- A thorough practical understanding of the sales process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen interest in sales with a desire to develop a career in this field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Detail Conscious i.e. methodical, the ability to get every detail right and to be organized, precise, accurate, neat and tidy with paperwork.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Purpose of the Job
As a Field Service Admin Trainee, you will support the service team by managing administrative tasks and learning the ropes of service and sales operations. T his entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience in service administration and prepare you for a potential future role in a service department. You will work closely with Field Service manager & service technicians, to ensure a smooth process.
Primary Duties
- Assist in the receiving quotes from customers and interpreting these,
- Communicate with customers regarding quotations.
- Communicating with customers regarding the queries on quotes
- Basic understanding of products and service in the Industry Division and support with providing some context to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing information and directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Service administration, including online systems and local CRM
- Provide administrative support to team.
- Continuously develop knowledge in financial accounting and reporting standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as accounting regulations and standards
