About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator to join our concrete manufacturing business in Benoni. The successful candidate will provide administrative and sales support, manage customer orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production, dispatch, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Liaise with customers regarding pricing, availability, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
- Follow up on quotations and outstanding orders.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Previous internal sales or sales administration experience.
- Computer literate, including Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the concrete, construction, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
