Job description
We are looking for an energetic and friendly internal sales assistant to join our team.
We are a small hands on promotional and branding company, the successful candidate must fit into our team, enjoy dealing with people and take ownership of their work.
Must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience.
Key responsibilities:
- responding to client enquiries via email and telephone.
- preparing and following up quotations
- processing and coordinating client orders
- liasing with suppliers and internal departments
- keeping clients updated on orders and deliveries
- follow up outstanding enquiries and quotations.
- maintaining accurate customer and order information
- identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce clients to Pointlines products
- assisting with the external sales team where required
The successful candidate must display the following attributes:
- be computer literate
- be quick and efficient with emails and customer enquiries
- have a friendly and professional telephone manner
- enjoy dealing with customers and building relationships
- have a positive, energetic personality
- be organised, reliable, accurate and be able to prioritise.
- be able to multi task
- be helpful and approachable
- be proactive and able to work without constant supervision
