About
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Care Centre Consultant to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound sales calls and digital platform queries. You’ll help clients understand our products, identify solutions to meet their needs, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will process sales orders efficiently and build strong customer relationships that contribute to the success of our business.
Handle inbound sales calls and digital platform queries professionally and efficiently. Provide product knowledge, pricing, and process guidance to customers. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Support promotional campaigns by informing customers of current offers. Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery. Conduct follow-up calls and provide order status updates. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification·
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Basic Tyre knowledge preferable
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, Salesforce, and Tableau
