Internal Sales Consultant – FMCG Ingredient
Western Cape, CPT - Northern Suburbs

R 10 000 - R 15 000 (Negotiable)

A leading supplier of food ingredients is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Consultant to join their team - Cape Town
Overview:
This role focuses on managing customer accounts, processing orders, and driving sales within the FMCG/food ingredients sector.Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, orders, and quotations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Upsell and cross-sell products
Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams
Support external sales and manage admin tasks
Meet sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
2–5 years’ internal sales experience (FMCG / food / ingredients preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office & ERP)
Valid driver’s license and own transport
