Job description

Position: Internal Sales Person

Based in: Spartan, Kempton Park

Overview:

As an Internal Sales Person at DTS Security Products, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and memorable experience. You will be processing quotes, orders, and invoices in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phones, testing and repairing gate motors, garage door motors, and other related duties. You will also be expected to greet and assist walk-in customers.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Servicing existing customer base.
Finding and aquiring new customers.
Greet and Assist customers telephonicall as well as over the counter.
Process quotes, orders and invoices.
Test and repair DTS products (training provided).
Become a security product expert to assist customers with any technical issues or questions.

Qualifications / requirements:

Matric certificate / any relevant qualifications.
Experience in the security industry will be beneficial.
Can speak and write English and Afrikaans.
Salary dependent on experience - market related - with opportunity to earn commision.
Technically inclined.
Self-motivated.
Traceable reference.
Presentable with own transport.
