Internal Sales Representative (Fixed Term Contract)
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team within the plumbing and electrical supplies industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing customers, generating sales, processing orders, and building strong relationships with trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide product advice and recommend suitable solutions.
Build relationships with customers.
Upsell products and identify new sales opportunities.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets.
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
Previous internal sales experience (Essential plumbing, hardware, or building materials).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales-driven with the ability to close deals.
Good computer and administration skills.
Product knowledge and trade experience will be an advantage.
