Internal Sales Service Adviser

R8,000 – R12,000 per month + Commission

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Office Based

The Role

This is more than just an internal sales position.You'll become the primary contact for customers from quotation through to completed repair, ensuring every opportunity is followed up, every customer receives outstanding service, and every possible sale is converted.If you enjoy building relationships, closing sales, solving customer problems and earning commission based on your performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Follow up on repair quotations and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and fleet operators.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians to communicate repair findings.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional repairs and services.
• Generate repeat business through excellent customer service.
• Assist with invoice and payment follow-ups where required.
• Maintain accurate customer records using Odoo and Microsoft Office.
• Achieve monthly sales and quotation conversion targets.

What We're Looking ForEssential

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
• 2+ years' experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Sales Administration.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Professional and confident manner.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Advantageous

• Experience within the automotive, commercial vehicle or transport industry.
• Previous experience using Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Technical sales experience.
