What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the campaign and client, responsibilities may include:
- Speaking with businesses and consumers in the UK and other international markets
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Customer service and client support
- Data capture and CRM management
- Processing administration and support tasks
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Achieving daily and weekly performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident telephone manner
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
- Previous sales, customer service, call centre or administration experience is advantageous
- Matric preferred
