This is a sales-focused role where you're selling the opportunity, not the final product. Our automated CRM handles all outbound dialing and connects you directly with potential customers. No searching for leads or manually making calls. Your responsibility is to capture interest, communicate value, handle objections, and persuade customers to schedule an appointment with our specialist team. Most conversations last approximately five minutes. You won't be responsible for closing sales, negotiating contracts, or collecting payments. What You'll Be Doing - Speak with American customers connected through our automated calling system. - Deliver a short, structured sales introduction. - Build rapport, communicate value, and handle objections. - Persuade qualified prospects to book appointments. - Achieve daily and weekly performance targets. Working Hours & Lifestyle Flexibility Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM US Eastern Time South African working hours: - 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM during US daylight saving time. - 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM during US standard time. Once you demonstrate consistent performance and achieve your KPIs, you can transition to working fully remotely, potentially within your first few weeks. Experienced applicants may qualify for immediate remote placement based on their interview and demonstrated abilities. No personal telephone, calling software, or paid subscriptions are required. All necessary calling systems and tools are provided. What We're Looking For - Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation. - Confidence speaking naturally with English-speaking American customers. - Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections. - Confidence speaking with unfamiliar people and handling rejection. - Self-motivation, reliability, and a results-driven attitude. - Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and meet performance targets. - Ability to work independently and maintain consistent results. Previous experience in international sales, telesales, appointment setting, or call centres is advantageous but not essential. No university degree or professional qualification is required.
