Are you a motivated, people-focused graduate looking to gain valuable practical experience in Learning & Development?

Cubiix is looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Intern to join our team in Durban. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to training coordination, administration, reporting and organisational development while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

What You'll Do

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting the team with:

• Providing administrative support for training and Learning & Development activities.
• Scheduling training sessions and coordinating training logistics.
• Tracking attendance and maintaining accurate training records.
• Capturing and managing training data.
• Preparing and organising training materials and resources.
• Coordinating with internal departments to support training initiatives.
• Assisting with training surveys, feedback and reporting.
• Supporting SETA-related reporting and documentation.
• Assisting with general Learning & Development and organisational development activities.

What You Need

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• A National Diploma, Degree or Honours in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Your qualification must have been obtained from a public institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Be a South African citizen.
• Be aged 18–35 years.
• Be currently residing in KwaZulu-Natal.
• Must not currently be employed.
• Must not currently be participating in another internship or learnership.
• Must not have previously completed a SETA-funded or Government internship.
