I'm looking for a detail-oriented Interview Funnel Coordinator for a virtual assistant agency managing high-volume applicant interviews. This role pays $4-$8/hour.

About the Role:

This company is a virtual assistant agency that places overseas virtual assistants with U.S.-based clients, and they are looking to bring on an Interview Funnel Coordinator to help with applicant screening and interview management.

You will conduct back-to-back virtual interviews with applicants, evaluate communication and professionalism, and organize qualified candidates for client review. This role requires strong judgment, consistency, and comfort handling repetitive interview workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual interviews with VA applicants daily.
• Evaluate communication and professionalism during interviews.
• Submit qualified applicants to assigned client pipelines.
• Maintain organized interview notes and candidate statuses.
• Follow hiring scorecards and evaluation systems.
