Inventory Control Co-Ordinator

Manage inventory operations by ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining effective inventory controls, and supporting operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inventory operations and coordinate team activities
• Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances
• Coordinate cycle counts, quarterly stocktakes, and annual stocktakes
• Process and authorise inventory adjustments, journals, and inventory records
• Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock gains and losses
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to resolve inventory-related issues
• Maintain inventory controls, safeguard company assets, and identify process improvements
• Support and develop the inventory team while promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Good computer literacy and reporting skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3–5 years' experience in inventory control or stock management
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience with inventory systems, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field will be advantageous
