Job description
In support of IMSAf’s ongoing efforts to enhance organisational performance and provide employee development opportunities, the company is pleased to invite applications for Inventory Controller in the Procurement and Logistics Department. Responsibilities This role is responsible to manage FIA (free in assemblies) and the investigations and resolution of inventory variances to support Production and New Model launches. This is achieved through:
- Managing the supply of FIA suppliers,
- Arranging stock counts at FIA suppliers,
- Development of the FIA reconciliation to identify supplier claims,
- Perform root cause investigations into inventory variances (FIA and on-site),
- Resolve high value variances with FIA Suppliers,
- Action FIA supplier claims and
- Manage the re-order FIA buffer stocks to address to inventory losses.
