*What You’ll Own**Financial Modeling & Valuation Build and maintain advanced financial models, including:

• • DCF models
    • LBO models
    • Merger models
    • Operating models
• Conduct:
• • Comparable company analysis
    • Precedent transaction analysis
    • Scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Evaluate:
• • Valuation assumptions
    • Transaction structures
    • Financing impacts
• Support strategic recommendations through quantitative analysis

M&A & Transaction Execution* Support live:

• • Buy-side transactions
    • Sell-side transactions
    • Capital raises
    • Strategic advisory engagements
• Coordinate:
• • Due diligence requests
    • Transaction timelines
    • Client deliverables
• Manage:
• • Virtual data rooms
    • Due diligence trackers
    • Deal documentation workflows
• Liaise with:

Pitch Books & Investor Materials* Draft and refine:

*Requirements**Must-Have Experience 2–4 years of experience in:

• • Investment Banking

• Advanced Excel skills, including:

• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of:

• Support live transaction execution across multiple workstreams
