Job description

To lead the company’s investor relations (IR) function and support fair valuation, broaden and deepen the shareholder base, and build long-term trust with the investment community.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA, CA(SA), or CFA qualification is advantageous.

Experience :

Minimum of 8–12 years' relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, strategy, or finance within a listed-company environment.
Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, capital markets, regulatory reporting requirements, and engaging effectively with senior executives, investors, and analysts.
