Job description
Investor Relations Specialist Full-time · Remote
Oobyte is getting ready for its next stage of growth — and we're looking for an Investor Relations Manager to own how we find, win, and keep investors. You're equally comfortable building a pipeline of VCs and family offices, walking an investor through our numbers, and writing the monthly update people actually read.
ABOUT OOBYTE
Oobyte is a fast-growing consumer technology company operating globally. We run a multi-sided platform used by consumers, creators and brands, live on iOS, Android and web across multiple markets. Behind it is a lean, ambitious team that ships fast and thinks big — now preparing for the next stage of growth. You'll hear the full story, and see the numbers, in our first conversation.
THE ROLE
You'll work directly with the founders and own investor relations end to end — from first outreach to signed round to long-term relationship. This is a hands-on role, not a coordination role: you build the pipeline, run the data room, sharpen the materials, and become the person investors know between meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage a pipeline of VCs, angels, family offices and strategic investors worldwide
- Run targeted outreach, secure meetings for the founding team, join the calls, and keep momentum through the funnel
- Own the data room: financials, metrics, legal and product documentation — investor-ready at all times
- Prepare and continuously improve the pitch deck, one-pagers, FAQs and due-diligence materials together with the founders
- Write and send regular investor updates with KPIs, milestones and asks — clear, candid, on time
- Keep a clean investor CRM: every contact, conversation and commitment tracked
- Support due diligence and closing alongside our legal and finance partners
- Represent Oobyte at conferences, demo days and investor events
- Track the funding market: who's investing in consumer tech, on what terms, and where we fit
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or startup fundraising
- A track record you can point to: rounds you helped raise, investors you sourced, or investor/LP relationships you managed
- Strong financial literacy — comfortable with consumer/subscription metrics, unit economics, and financial models
- Native or near-native English, written and spoken
- Structured and self-directed: you run your own pipeline and deadlines in a remote setup
- High discretion with confidential information
NICE TO HAVE
- An existing network of early-stage and growth investors
- Experience with consumer apps, marketplaces or other multi-sided platform business models
- Additional languages
- Experience preparing a company for institutional due diligence
WHAT WE OFFER
- Full-time role, 100% remote — work from anywhere, with some overlap with the founding team's Central European hours
- A seat next to the founders and real ownership of a company-critical function
- Short lines, fast decisions, no corporate layers
- Competitive compensation
- The chance to shape the story of a global consumer platform as it scales
HOW TO APPLY
- Apply via LinkedIn with your CV or profile, plus 2–3 sentences on the raise, investor, or LP relationship you're most proud of. We review every application.
