Job description

Invoicing Clerk – Logistics

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Clerk to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate must have previous invoicing experience in a logistics or transport company and be confident using Pastel.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and issue customer invoices accurately and timeously
Verify transport, delivery and billing information
Capture and maintain accurate invoicing records
Check invoices for discrepancies and resolve billing queries
Assist with account reconciliations and general administrative duties

Minimum Requirements:

Previous invoicing experience in a logistics/transport company – essential
Pastel experience – essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer and administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience on VLOOKUP is required

Please note: Candidates without logistics invoicing experience and Pastel experience will not be considered.

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
