Job description
An opportunity exists for an experienced IR Consultant based in Kloof, Durban.
Key Responsibilities
- Chair disciplinary hearings and internal enquiries
- Draft disciplinary minutes, warnings, findings, and outcome documentation
- Provide industrial relations guidance and support to clients
- Handle employee relations and workplace conflict matters
- Assist with collective bargaining and labour relations processes
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and best practice
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience chairing disciplinary hearings
- Strong Industrial Relations knowledge and practical experience
- Sound understanding of Labour Relations and Employment Law
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills
- Experience in HR management and industrial relations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
- Must reside in Durban
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
