Pragma invites young, unemployed South Africans to apply for available Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme opportunities. Minimum Requirements
- An A+/N+/M365 Certified Administrator or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT Administrator role is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with installing and supporting Office 365 is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with installing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices is advantageous.
- Installing and supporting desktop operating systems.
- Installing and supporting Office 365 applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems and work scheduling.
- Basic understanding of financial control.
- Ability to work accurately.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Own vehicle is advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administers the service request queue and IT mailbox.
- Resolves service requests according to SLA.
- Assists with monitoring and remediating endpoint-related security threats.
- Administering and Supporting Microsoft AD and/or Entra ID.
- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptops, desktops, printers, and mobiles.
- Installing and supporting desktop Operating Systems.
- Installing and supporting Office 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot basic networking problems.
- Installing and supporting voice applications.
- Creates/amends/deletes user accounts in all systems.
- Supports Video Conferencing and biometric access control equipment.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Manage and coordinate repair activities with external vendors.
- Attends meetings and updates documentation accurately when required.
