Job description

Our well-known client, within Bloemfontein, is seeking an IT Assistant to join them dynamic team! Requirements:

National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
Basic knowledge of ITQ Tools and equipment.
1 Year of experience in an IT environment will be advantageous.
Valid driver's Licence with own transport.

Responsibilities:

Carrying of tools, equipment and materials.
Cleaning of equipment and work area on completion of job.
Assist with job-related duties and collect hardware, part, or equipment from the IT storeroom.
Conduct departmental inspections on IT equipment and areas.
Maintain the cleanliness of IT equipment and areas in all departments.
Cleaning of IT Storeroom fortnightly.
Conduct monthly stock count.

Knowledge/Abilitis/Competencies:

Safety conciousness
Lifting heavy equipment
Working at heights
Basic IT tools and equipment knowledge
Accuracy and attention to detail
Adaptability and flexibility
