SUMMARY: Our client, based in Boksburg , is seeking a recent IT graduate to join their team for a 12-month internship . This opportunity is ideal for a motivated candidate who is eager to gain practical experience in IT support, end-user support, network troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations.

POSITION INFO: Duties & Responsibilities Provide basic PC and desktop support to staff members. Assist with setting up, configuring, and preparing PCs for new employees. Connect printers for users and troubleshoot printer-related issues. Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Office applications. Track, update, and action support tickets on ServiceNow. Provide basic LAN and WAN support. Assist employees with mobile device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues. Escalate more complex technical issues to the relevant senior IT team members. Maintain accurate records of support requests and completed actions. Job Requirements Completed Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field. Recent graduate seeking practical workplace experience. One year of experience in a similar IT support role will be advantageous. Solid understanding of core IT principles, including hardware, software, networking, and end-user support. Computer literacy, with Microsoft Office essential; exposure to additional technical software will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt within a technical environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player with a professional and customer-focused approach.
