Education and Experience Requirements: Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. ITIL foundations certified. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory environment is an added advantage. Strong knowledge in server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), storage and virtualization technologies.
